The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, allowing easy access to attractions such as the synagogue or the Holy Annunciation Temple. Guests have enjoyed the spacious and well-designed rooms, equipped with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and amenities like air conditioning and heating. Additionally, the balcony overlooking the garden and Rioni river provides a pleasant view during breakfast.
Some guests have mentioned that the furniture in the rooms is old, giving a vintage ambiance but also affecting the overall quality of the stay.

I had an very nice time at Grand Piano Villa! The value I got for my money was fantastic and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the city center and all the attractions. The staff treated me like family and was always ready to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed.
Breakfast delights could use some improvement, maybe a wider variety of options.

We loved the personal touch provided by Konstantine and Maria, who went above and beyond to show us the best of Kutaisi in just one day. Konstantine's storytelling skills made the history and culture of Georgia come alive. Highly recommend their guided tour!
